W. Tesmer and Associates, Inc. was established in 1959 by Bill Tesmer Sr. as a manufacture's rep organization to engineer paint finishing systems for the growing Chicago industry. Equipment lines include Industrial Pretreatment Washers, Dry-Off Ovens, Bake Ovens and Conveyors. In joint cooperation with other paint equipment suppliers, hundreds of systems were designed and installed. Many are still in operation today.
Bill's eldest sons, Bill Jr, joined the company in 1972 followed by his youngest son, Rob in 1976. They increased their equipment lines to include Liquid and Powder Coating equipment, Burn-Off Ovens, Washer Filtrations Systems and Powder Cartridge Cleaning Systems. Powder coatings and washer pretreatment chemicals have also been added. W. Tesmer and Associates can now provide complete turnkey finishing systems. Installations expanded from the midwest to other states across the country. Even Jamaica, Puerto Rico and Honduras became sites for finishing systems.  (Pictured with Bill Sr in 1985 are Carolyn, Rob and Bill)

W. Tesmer and Associates is one of the first finishing equipment distributors in the Chicagoland area to venture into Powder Coating in the mid 70's. Since then, over 90 powder finishing systems are in and operating around the United states and neighboring countries, all designed and installed by W. Tesmer and Associates, Inc.
